Welcome

The ACOS-Dulaney Winter Meeting is a high-level meeting of many of the world's leading ophthalmologists, designed for the experienced ophthalmic surgeon, and focuses on state-of-the-art and upcoming technologies.

The meeting's format is intimate and educational. In order to preserve the intimate, interactive nature of the meeting, enrollment is limited.

Guest Policy and Fees

All guests who wish to attend any meals associated with the meeting are required to register online. Admission to educational sessions is prohibited. Please note: guest fees are non-refundable.

Guest Fee- $200/Guest

A Guest is a registered attendee’s spouse, child over 17, or guest who is not a physician, office administrator, ophthalmic medical personnel, or corporate personnel. Children under 4 will not be charged a fee.

Guest Plus One Child (age 4-17)- $250/Guest

A registered attendee’s spouse, child over 17, or guest who is not a physician, office administrator, ophthalmic medical personnel, or corporate personnel, plus one child aged 4 – 17. Each additional child age 4 – 17 is an additional $50. Children under 4 will not be charged a fee.

**Please Note: Registrants will be charged a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to January 31, 2013. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations after January 31, 2013. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to eventregistrations@bmctoday.com. All hotel cancellations are subject to hotel restrictions and cancellation policies.
